There are several ways you can file a claim with Piedmont Mutual Insurance Company.

  1. Call us at 1-800-356-4167, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Dial extension 14 for the Claims Department. Our normal business hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. These hours may be extended during some severe weather situations. Claims may also be filed through your local agent.
